Hosting & Maintenance Terms

Parties. Webee, the trade name of Ioannis Krokos, sole trader (ατομική επιχείρηση), AFM 143425411, ΔΟΥ Μυκόνου, ΓΕΜΗ 138512438000 (EUID ELGEMI.138512438000), Mykonos, Greece, "Webee", and the business client named on the offer or hosting record, "Client". These Terms are for business clients only (B2B); Webee does not contract with consumers under them.

1. Service. Webee provides website hosting, domain renewal where agreed, and the maintenance level stated on the Client's plan (None, Bronze, Silver, Gold). The yearly price is net, plus 24% VAT.

2. What is included. Server space on a reseller or cloud platform chosen by Webee, SSL certificate, daily or weekly backups kept for 30 days, email mailboxes where part of the plan, and small content updates as defined by the plan. Anything else is quoted separately.

3. What is not included. Content writing, photography, redesigns, new features, third party licences, ad spend, recovery from issues caused by the Client or by third party plugins the Client installed.

4. Uptime. Webee uses established providers and monitors every site, but gives no uptime guarantee. Webee is not liable for outages caused by the provider, the registrar, DNS, the Client, or force majeure.

5. Payment and renewal. Hosting renews yearly on the renewal date. Reminders go out 30 and 7 days before and on the day. Prices may be adjusted at renewal with notice in the 30 day reminder. Unpaid services may be suspended 30 days after the due date and deleted 60 days after suspension; the Client receives written notice before each step. Suspension ends the service for the purposes of the DPA; the handover in clause 7 stays available until deletion. Late payments bear statutory interest for commercial transactions (Law 4152/2013).

6. Client obligations. Keep contact details current, keep logins safe, provide content they have the right to use, respond to requests needed to keep the service running.

7. Ownership. The Client owns their domain (registered in the Client's name, Webee as technical contact), content and data. Webee keeps ownership of its reusable code, templates and tooling. For a website built by Webee and paid in full, the Client receives a perpetual, non exclusive licence to use, modify and host the delivered website, including the Webee components inside it, with or without Webee. Third party licences (themes, plugins, fonts, stock media) stay under their own terms and are not transferred by Webee. On exit Webee hands over the site files and database on request within 14 days; one handover is free, further migration work is quoted.

8. Liability. Webee's total liability for all claims in a contract year is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the service in the 12 months before the claim. No liability for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data beyond the backup window. The Client keeps its own copy of content it cannot afford to lose. This clause does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Greek law (Civil Code art. 332).

9. Term and exit. Either side can end the service with 30 days written notice before the renewal date. No refunds for the running year except where Webee ends the service without cause.

10. Changes. Webee may update these Terms with a new version number. The version in force is the one accepted on the latest offer or payment. Continued payment after notice of a new version counts as acceptance.

11. Law. Greek law, exclusive venue the courts of Syros (Cyclades).

12. Acceptable use. The Client may not use the service for illegal content, spam, malware, infringing material or anything that harms the platform or other clients. Webee may suspend a site immediately where there is a security risk or legal demand, and informs the Client the same day.

13. Confidentiality. Each side keeps the other's non public business information confidential during the service and for 3 years after. Logins and credentials are always confidential.

14. Subcontractors and assignment. Webee may use freelancers under written confidentiality and remains responsible for their work. Webee may transfer this agreement to a company it controls or to a successor of the Webee business with written notice; the Client may transfer it with Webee's consent, not unreasonably withheld.

15. General. Order of precedence: the offer, then any addendum, then these Terms. Notices go by email to the addresses on file. If a clause is invalid the rest stands. Force majeure (events outside a side's reasonable control) suspends the affected obligations. The Greek text prevails over any translation.

Social Media Management Addendum

Applies only where a social media plan is part of the offer.

1. Service. Monthly planning, copywriting, visuals from the Client's own material, scheduling and a monthly report, on the channels agreed. Google or Meta Ads management only where stated in the plan; ad spend is paid by the Client directly to the platform.

2. Approval. Each batch of posts is sent to the Client for approval with previews. If the Client does not reply within 72 hours, the posts count as approved and are published as sent. Posts with prices, offers, discounts or legal claims always need explicit approval. The Client can stop or edit any post at any time before publishing.

3. Client material. The Client confirms they have the rights to every photo, logo, text, offer and claim they supply. Webee is not liable for content supplied or approved by the Client.

4. Access. The Client grants Webee the needed access to their pages and ad accounts. Access is removed at the end of the service.

5. Price and term. Monthly fee, net plus VAT, paid in advance through a payment link sent before the month starts; the invoice is issued when the payment lands. Either side can end the service with 30 days notice to the end of a month.

6. Results. Webee works to best practice but does not guarantee followers, reach, bookings or sales.

7. Platforms. The Client owns its pages and ad accounts. Webee is not liable for platform decisions (rejections, restrictions, account bans, algorithm changes) or platform outages, and will help the Client appeal where possible.

8. Rights in the work. The Client may use the posts and visuals Webee creates on its own channels and website without time limit. Webee may show the work in its portfolio and case studies unless the Client objects in writing. Stock media, music and fonts stay under their own licences.

9. Data. Messages, comments and follower data handled in the Client's accounts are processed under the DPA (v1), clause 1.
